Why anti-union.blogspot.com ? This site is dedicated to Lawyer/PR man, Rick Berman, who works as a lobbyist for the corporate war against unions and the working class. His MO is to start websites who falsely claim to be factual and through truth, half truth and out right lies, misinform the public, unions are not his first campaign and I'm sure it will not be his last. Heres an interview from 60 Minutes and a Full Story I wrote. Attention: Updated (7/25/08)->CWA plans massive Verizon worker rally in New York, IBEW sending members, as contract negotiations continue with Aug.2nd deadline

Update To-> Boston: Stand with IBEW and CWA on March 13th in a practice picket against Verizon

Verizon workers have been proactive in their road to contract negotiations in the coming months, I admire their campaign. Heres some updates and views from their March 13th. practice picketing. From IBEW Local 2222:

185 Franklin St

On March 6 and 13, telephone workers took to the streets in front of many Verizon facilities to engage in "practice picketing" in preparation for upcoming negotiations with Verizon management for a new labor agreement. IBEW and CWA members are demanding that Verizon honor its existing contract with the unions and "tear down the wall" that is dividing union members in the core telecom business from workers in the Verizon Wireless and Verizon Business subsidiaries.

This is the first of many more Mobilization activities that will be taking place as we approach our contract deadline of August 2, 2008. To view more photos please click HERE.
